We’re building a values-aligned, ambitious team and we’re hiring a Director of Advertising Sales to help us to continue to scale in Canada.
As Director of Advertising Sales, you will own a significant portion of Blossom’s Canadian revenue and lead the growth of our partnerships with ETF issuers, brokerages, and financial institutions. You will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, build long-term strategic relationships, and shape how major brands activate within Blossom.
You will run a full-cycle sales process from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing through to onboarding and renewal, while also influencing sales strategy, messaging, and new product opportunities.
This role is ideal for a senior seller who wants meaningful ownership in one of Canada’s fastest-growing fintechs and the opportunity to shape a category-defining advertising business.
Sales
