These are the principles that guide the Blossom team. Team members who live by these principles will advance quickly. Team members who don’t will get cut.

⭐️ We Take Radical Accountability and Extreme Ownership
- We lead at every level. Titles don’t define leadership, everyone takes charge when it matters (refer to bias for action below)
- We are quick to admit mistakes. We don’t make excuses or point blame.
- We never say ‘it can’t be done’. We always find a way.
- We own the bottlenecks. If something or someone is blocking you - unblock it (Bottleneck Example)
- We don’t wait to be told what to do. We’re constantly seeking ways to add value.
- We make the mission clear. We ensure the why is always understood, and we ask questions when it’s not.
- If a talented teammate underdelivers, ask yourself what context you failed to set

🏈 We Behave Like PRO Athletes
- We’re obsessed with winning.
- We measure success by outcomes, not effort.
- We celebrate wins as a team and take losses as a unit.
- We perform at our best when we are getting sleep, eating healthy, and exercising. Rarely is an extra hour of work worth prioritizing over these 3 things.
- We don’t glorify burnout. Rest and recovery are part of peak performance.
- We ensure A-players in every position. Sustained B-level performance gets a generous severance package, with respect. (see A Player vs B Player Performance)
- We constantly ask: “What would it take to be the best in the world?”
